UNDER THE HONEY LOCUST TREE
For ever since the world was created, people have seen the earth and sky. Through everything God made, they can clearly see his invisible qualities—his eternal power and divine nature. So they have no excuse for not knowing God. Romans 1:20 NLT
UNDER THE HONEY LOCUST TREE
Looking up into the blue spring morning sky
I see God’s creation worshiping my God and Lord,
much greater and mightier than I.
A breeze moves branches gently back and forth
while I gaze past them at billowy clouds,
fluffy and white, riding the wind and floating by.
Then they drift out of sight…and are no more.
Birds chirp their music so sweet, then the quiet
and stillness—aromas of blossoms fill the air—
experiencing God is my morning prayer.
The warm sun I feel beams softly on my cheek
as I taste my morning coffee, swallow and savor it down.
God’s glory is all around!
Creation silently screams quietness and calm.
God says, “Here am I; worship Me, have faith, love
and My peace.
Behold, I make all things new
This is the world I made for you.”
